We may also offer paid vendor listings, promotional opportunities, advertising packages and downloadable digital publications.
Wedding Vendor Listings
Bride Sri Lanka provides listing and promotional opportunities for wedding service providers.
Our vendor packages may include:
Basic Package: A vendor profile, relevant category placement, business contact information and the ability for couples to contact the vendor directly.
Regular Package: Enhanced vendor visibility, priority category placement, manually coordinated customer enquiries and additional communication support.
Deluxe Package: Premium vendor visibility, priority enquiry handling, direct coordination with the Bride Sri Lanka team and dedicated vendor support.
Specific package features, prices, duration and promotional arrangements will be communicated before payment or activation.
Purchasing a listing package does not guarantee a specific number of enquiries, customer bookings, sales or commercial results.
Vendor Responsibilities
Wedding service providers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Bride Sri Lanka is accurate, lawful and up to date.
Vendors must provide truthful descriptions of their services, pricing, qualifications, availability and business operations.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining necessary permissions, licences and approvals relevant to the services they offer.
Bride Sri Lanka reserves the right to review, request amendments to, or remove vendor listings containing materially inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or inappropriate information, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Relationships Between Couples and Vendors
Bride Sri Lanka acts as an information, promotional and connection platform unless a different role has been expressly agreed in writing.
Wedding service providers generally operate independently of Bride Sri Lanka.
Contracts relating to photography, venues, catering, decorations, bridal services, entertainment and other wedding arrangements are ordinarily entered into directly between the customer and the relevant service provider.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bride Sri Lanka is not a party to those contracts.
Customers are encouraged to verify vendor pricing, availability, cancellation conditions, service descriptions and contractual obligations before making bookings.
While we may review vendor information and facilitate introductions, the inclusion of a vendor on the website does not constitute a guarantee of that vendor’s performance or service quality.
Pricing and Payments
Charges for vendor listing packages, advertising, digital products and other paid services will be communicated before the customer confirms a purchase.
Payments may be accepted through bank transfers, approved third-party payment gateways or other payment methods made available by Bride Sri Lanka.
Any applicable taxes and additional charges collected by us will be disclosed before payment confirmation.
Payments must be completed before the relevant paid service is activated or digital product is delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
We may verify payment details before confirming an order or activating a listing.
Listing Periods and Renewals
Paid vendor listings will remain active for the duration specified in the applicable package confirmation or agreement, unless suspended or terminated in accordance with these terms.
Renewal pricing and conditions will be communicated before renewal.
Packages will not renew automatically unless an automatic renewal arrangement has been clearly disclosed and authorised by the customer.
Vendors seeking to renew, upgrade, downgrade or discontinue their packages should contact Bride Sri Lanka.
Advertising and Sponsored Content
Bride Sri Lanka may offer advertising placements, sponsored content, promotional features and commercial collaborations.
The scope, placement, duration and charges for these services will be determined by the applicable advertising agreement or package confirmation.
Advertising arrangements do not guarantee any specific traffic volume, enquiry level or sales outcome unless an express guarantee is included in a separate written agreement.
We may identify paid promotions or sponsored content where appropriate to distinguish advertising from independent editorial material.
Digital Products and Downloads
Where Bride Sri Lanka offers downloadable wedding planning guides, checklists, publications or other digital products, customers will receive access through the method specified during checkout.
Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical delivery is included unless expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for using compatible devices and software.
Purchased digital content is provided for personal use or other purposes expressly authorised in the product description.
Unauthorised commercial redistribution, resale, mass reproduction or public uploading of paid materials is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property

Individuals who submit wedding photographs, videos, stories or other materials for publication confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to authorise their proposed use.
By submitting material for publication, contributors grant Bride Sri Lanka a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, edit for editorial presentation and promote the submitted material through our website and associated social media channels, within the scope of the permissions provided.
Contributors retain ownership of material they own.
